Emergency Business Visa India

Emergency Business Visa to India is given to, who are doing business in India such as making sales or establishing contacts on behalf of a company outside of India, within 24 hours of applying the visa application form. Emergency Business visa may be valid for one year or more with multiple entries. But the period of stay in India (for each visit) under this category is limited to six months only. Business visas valid for ten years with multiple entries may be available for business meetings or trade or to set up Industrial/business venture. It is available for nationals of 166 countries. Applicants going for employment in projects in India should apply for an Employment visa.

Documents Required:-

• *A Business card or visiting card of the traveller or a letter from the Company which justifies the purpose of travel (in pdf, jpg or png format with recommended size). The applicant should be able to answer certain questions regarding the sending and receiving organizations.
• *Applicant must upload a clear coloured scanned copy of the passport with 190 days validity and 2 blank pages in PDF, JPG or PNG (recommended size).
• *A coloured passport-sized recent photograph of the applicant (recommended size), background white for clarity of the image. The applicant may even take a digital image using a high-quality smartphone and upload it.
  
  

This emergency visa is also a visa on arrival. As such, the applicant’s urgent visa will be stamped by an immigration officer in one of the airports that you use in India.

NOTE:-

• *Urgent Visa to India application procedure does not process on the Indian National holidays (Republic Day on 26 January, Independence Day on 15 August and Mahatma Gandhi's birthday on 2 October).
• *Business visa extension shall be granted by the Ministry of Home Affairs, India for a maximum of 5 years.
